The wipers is on the bottom of the overhead panel. Should be near the light switches.

Just went on Google and searched for ATC audio.
And to get the audio with the video, just take the audio that was downloaded and edit it in with the video.
Great video man but how did u get your ATC to sound like that. i just have the regular atc from FS2004 and it sucks. Can you please give me the site where i can download ATC like that.

Default planes in FS9 and FSX don’t have a windshield wiper option. It depends on the payware products. PMDG, Level-D, Captain Sim, and others offer it.
