Chino Hills California Earthquake Captured – Great Escape – July 29, 2008
At the moment of the 5.4 chino hills California earthquake, luckly, the store clerk knew where to stand to escape from all the falling items from the shelf. The store is about 8 miles away from the quake epi center.

i was playing rockband in my dads store at full volume and i felt the ground move and i was all like yea were rockin!! but went i went downstairs everything was a mess!
guess who cleaned it up
EVERYTHING FELL OFF THE SHELVES.
i was watching tv and it was the first time i ever felt an earthquake.
i didnt know what the hell was going on

i live in irvine like 30 min away from chino hills. i was at best buy and all the workers ran out the store. i should took some stuff. lol
i felt this earthquake
and i thought it was strong
now imagine a 8.0 or higher
i still remember this i was home alone
when the windows started shaking

its odd how right before the shaking she started to cover her head and then all the things fell. I remember i was in downtown LA when the building i was in started to shake. My mom was in Malibu and my siblings in Pomona, real close to chino.
I live in chino hills and I was all alone with my little bunny when the freaking earthquake hit….it scared me sooo bad!
at my friends house his parents wine glasses fell and broke
great! now who’s gonna clean up this mess?

I’ll never forget this. I was in Costco with my grandma and my brother. There was lots of shaking, and my grandma said:
“Damn that’s a big truck outside!”
She didn’t know there was an earthquake until she came home.
lol gotta love grandma
wow that was wierd….the place all nice and in only 2 seconds, the place is a mess O_o
actually its not weird at all, if u watch closely rite as she moved the stool with her foot u can see the whole place move, which is the primary waves in an earthquake , the non-destructive waves; she felt those and knew what was next the secondary waves or surface waves that come next and are very strong and destructive, as a californian she obviously knew what 2 xpect,
so again, not really weird. i hope this helps ur mystery =)
